Return & Refund Policy
30-day returns
Contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving your item to request a return. For change-of-mind returns, the coat must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with tags attached, in its original condition and packaging.
Request authorization
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Obtain authorization and return instructions before sending your item. Our company address is also our authorized return address: 2 Impasse De Germare, 27500 Saint-Mards-De-Blacarville, France.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem so we can help resolve it and arrange the appropriate return instructions. Ordinary change-of-mind condition requirements do not prevent a claim for an item that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Return shipping and fees
We pay return shipping when the return results from our error or a damaged or defective item. You pay return shipping for a change-of-mind return. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
